Thank you for your questions and feedback to help us improve Boston’s development review process. We heard from many of you about our Draft Action Plan during our public comment period from September 25 – December 15, 2024. During this time we conducted an online survey, held two public meetings and several focus groups, and attended pop up events across the City. We received over 307 responses to our survey and 99 detailed comment letters. We appreciate all your thoughtful feedback! 

Today, we are excited to share what we heard, and help clarify some commonly asked questions, see below. 

1. Comment Letter FAQs contains responses to the most frequently asked questions we received during the public comment period
2. Action Plan Feedback Summary summarizes the feedback we received, including a demographic breakdown of our survey participants. 
3. Comment letters, contains includes the 99 unique and detailed comment letters submitted in response to the Action Plan
