Developer Employees Required to sign Non Disclosure Agreements.

Developer Employees
Sworn to Silence

Employees of Ocean Havens Developer are sworn to silence by contract to NOT communicate with the public, abutters, stakeholders about their intentions to build a Mega Yacht Marina in cahoots with the Authority and with the exclusion of the City of Boston. Non Transparency by definition and action.

Intentional blockage of “good faith” and “fair dealings” with abutters, public and stakeholders is nefarious. Due diligence?

Predatory Developer Ocean Havens defies good faith and transparency.

The partnership and non disclosure legal disposition excludes legal stakeholders, abutters, the National Park Service and other neighbors.

Ocean Havens developers target highest net worth luxury market, as advertised above.

In advance of pending public engagement, the Authority has already partnered and planning with the Mega Yacht Franchise Developer Ocean Havens, LLC and partners to further privatize and segregate the waterfront.
