REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: The Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA), doing business as the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) is soliciting responses to a Request for Proposals for the redevelopment and disposition of 1 parcel, 02-03505-600 representing approximately 158,461 square feet of a vacant pier and adjacent watersheet within the Charlestown Navy Yard (CNY) Urban Renewal Area, Project No. Mass. R-55., known as Pier 5 in the Charlestown neighborhood of Boston Massachusetts (the Property). The BPDA seeks to convey the Property to allow the development of open space, active and passive recreational uses, civic and cultural facilities, and water-dependent uses.
