By working together, Courageous Sailing and Pier 5 Association could apply for grants and private-public funding to support both:

Pier 5’s transformation into a park

Expanded programming for youth sailing

Possible funding sources include the City of Boston, National Park Service, Massachusetts Seaport Economic Council, and private donors interested in waterfront access and youth education.
