Need to cancel your subscription?
Log into your account and go to Organization Settings > Plan Management > Cancel Subscription, or use this link.
Need to update your billing information?
As the account owner, you can update your billing details under Organization Settings > Plan Management > Payment Method, or click here.
Need a refund for a subscription payment? You can submit the request directly within your account by visiting the plan management tab within your organization settings. If you haven’t been able to confirm the source of this charge, please let us know.
Need help with your Stripe account?
Eventbrite uses Stripe to process payments. If you need help with Stripe verification or documents, please refer to our Help Center and or Stripe’s list of acceptable verification documents broken out by country.
