This right of way part of the boardwalk is not maintained by the Authority although it is their property. Where does that maintenance money go? During Covid, Pier 6 had rent favors from the Authority.
The Charlestown Ocean Havens Marina was recently awarded “Large Marina of the Year” by the local paper. Ocean Havens is the only Mega Yacht Marina in the Navy Yard.
